Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

Elite Deerfield Beach Concrete & Masonry, deerfieldbeachconcreteandmasonry.com, team@deerfieldbeachconcreteandmasonry.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply when you use this website, starting from our home page, and when you ask Elite Deerfield Beach Concrete & Masonry for an estimate or for work at your property. By using the site, calling us or sending our contact form, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

When we do a job for you, we'll put the scope, price and schedule in a written estimate or contract. If that document says something different from this page, the signed document controls for that job.

What we do

Elite Deerfield Beach Concrete & Masonry is a masonry contractor in Deerfield Beach, FL. We do brick, block, stone and concrete work for homes in Deerfield Beach and the cities around it. You can read more about who we are on our About page.

The service pages on this site explain the work in general terms to help you understand your options. They aren't a promise that a certain method, material or result is right for your property, because that depends on what we find when we look at it. Nothing on this site is engineering or structural advice for your specific house.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and done at your property, and there's no pressure to book. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure during the visit, and its price holds for the period written on it.

Masonry work sometimes uncovers problems nobody could see beforehand, such as cracked block behind a finished wall, a failed footing or buried debris. If that happens, we'll stop, show you what we found and give you a written change order before doing extra work. We don't charge for added work you haven't approved.

Nothing on this website is a price quote. Your price comes only from a written estimate or contract.

Scheduling and cancellation

Start and finish dates are our best estimates. Rain, heat, material deliveries and any permit or inspection timing can move them, because mortar and concrete need the right conditions to set properly. If a date has to change, we'll tell you as soon as we know.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call or write to us as early as you can. If you cancel after we've ordered special materials or started prep work, you may owe those costs as set out in your contract. We may also reschedule for weather or safety reasons. This section doesn't limit any right to cancel that you have under Florida law.

Payment

Your contract sets the payment schedule, any deposit and the payment methods we accept. Unless it says otherwise, the final balance is due when the work described in the contract is complete.

If a balance goes unpaid past its due date, we may pause work and pursue the amount owed through the means Florida law allows.

Your property and access

You agree to give our crew safe access to the work area and to tell us about anything buried or hidden that we wouldn't see, such as sprinkler lines, landscape lighting wires or private gas and electric runs. We take care around what we know about, so telling us up front protects your property.

Please keep children and pets away from the work area while our crew is there and until new concrete or mortar has set.

Warranties and what they don't cover

If something about our work isn't right, call us first and we'll come look at it. Any warranty on our workmanship is the one written in your contract, with the terms and length stated there. Warranties on materials come from their makers, and we install those materials according to the maker's instructions so the maker's warranty stays in place.

Our warranty doesn't cover damage from ground settling, storms, flooding, tree roots, heavy vehicles, other contractors' work or changes made after we finish. Fine hairline cracks in concrete and natural color changes in brick, stone and mortar are normal and aren't defects.

Apart from any written warranty in your contract, this website and its information are provided as they are, and to the extent Florida law allows, we disclaim implied warranties.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Elite Deerfield Beach Concrete & Masonry isn't responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses connected to this website or our work. Our total responsibility for any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that Florida law doesn't allow us to limit.

If we disagree

If you have a problem with our work or a bill, call us first. Most issues get settled with a conversation on site. If we can't work it out that way, we both agree to try to resolve it in good faith, including mediation if we both agree to it, before either of us goes to court.

Florida law applies

These terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any court case about them will be heard in the state or federal courts that serve Broward County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version is always the one on this page. Changes apply from the day they're posted. Work under a contract you've already signed follows that contract.
